Received outdated 2011 seed kit today. Never grown milkweed before do you think I’ll have any problems sowing these older seeds in Ventura Ca. or should I send them back. Thank you

Your question is slightly unclear. Do you mean you purchased a Monarch butterfly kit containing outdated milkweed seeds? There is no way for you to know if these seeds are good or not, without testing them and that would destroy the value of the kit. This kit might have been kept in a damp place which could have ruined the seeds. If you purchased this kit, send it back immediately and request fresh seeds.
